We developed the bBIGbox (www.bBIGbox.com), a file management system, for vendors or team members to transfer files too large for email. If you would like to use this service, please request an account login from your bBIG Communications contact or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Steps to add a new document:
- After signing in, you will be taken to the Documents page.
- Click upper right side button “New Document”
- Fill in required Title field to help identify it in your list.
- Click Choose file and browse to location of file to upload.
- Description field is optional.
- Temporary file checkbox: larger files (>50 MB) can be uploaded if checked. They will be deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Who would you like to notify of this new document? (optional)
Whoever’s name is checked will have an email automatically dispatched to them notifying of the file upload with link.
- Click Create Document
- You will then be able to copy the file link or download the document.
- Files can be viewed, edited or deleted
